It’s principal, Kahlil J. McAlpin, has been specializing in real estate as a broker/agent for more than 30 years and as a real estate bankruptcy attorney for more than 20 years.

Experience
As a real estate broker and as real estate counsel, Mr. McAlpin has represented real estate investors, brokers and developers throughout Southern California. He has been the primary attorney in numerous real estate related disputes. Mr. McAlpin has also been actively involved in representing various Chapter 7 Trustees where he has been the lead attorney in liquidating numerous multi-million dollar bankruptcy estates. As a result of his representations, Mr. McAlpin has been an integral part in every aspect of selling real property as an attorney and as a real estate broker, including the selling of hotels, commercial office buildings, vacant lots, land and single and multi-family residential properties.
Education
Kahlil J. McAlpin graduated from California State University at Dominguez Hills (“CSUDH”) in 1994, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, while minoring in Computer Information Systems. Mr. McAlpin subsequently attended and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Whittier Law School in 1998, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Bankruptcy Law. In 2006, Mr. McAlpin graduated from CSUDH where he earned his M.B.A. Degree, with an emphasis in Business Management. In 2011, Mr. McAlpin earned his Masters of Arts Degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding, with an emphasis in Mediation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

California Association of Realtors and the Inglewood Board of Realtors.
